Stroll through the streets of Downtown Newport and check out the many wares of local and regional crafters. You will see everything from coveted cookbooks full of recipes from some of the best cooks around to beautiful works of art, children’s toys, home décor, and many other handmade items. Kids will enjoy face-painting and Kiddie Land which includes a bounce house, slides and other fun and games.
Long considered the “best community festival” in the area, the Newport Harvest Street Festival will also be serving up favorite regional foods and drinks.
The festival boasts hundreds of craft, commercial and food vendors, live entertainment, Kiddie Land and so much more. Join us the first weekend in October as we kick off the harvest season in the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains!
