90 -minute workshop for yogis to better understand, approach, and release their feelings. Emotions are a vital and irreplaceable aspect of our natural intelligence. Yet, they are energy, and energy seeks motion and release. Yoga can be a great antidote to repressed, pent-up feelings. This workshop teaches the basic language of emotions. It shows participants how to recognize different types of emotions, some asanas to constructively approach and release them, and overcome the strong hold that difficult emotions have over us. It will highlight the benefits of yoga poses to different types of emotions.
