Mountain Lake Biological Station presents their 2019 Mountain Lake Biological Station Open House on Saturday, July 20, 2019, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. This family-friendly event offers the opportunity to meet MLBS scientists and artists, explore historic facilities, and learn first-hand about Station research. The public is invited to get up close and personal with a variety of organisms, visit open labs and art studios, get their feet wet in the pond, make arts and crafts, participate in a variety of hands-on activities, take tours of the National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON) tower site, and more.
Carpooling is encouraged as parking is limited. Dogs are not allowed.
