Families are invited to bring their little ghouls and goblins downtown for a fun and safe afternoon of trick-or-treating with Radford’s local businesses. Over 50 participating shops on East Main Street from Tyler to 3rd Ave and up 3rd Ave will be handing out candy to costumed kids.
