Blacksburg Contra Dance presents their May Blacksburg Contra Dance on the dance floor at the YMCA at Va. Tech.
Dance Schedule:
- 7:00 – 7:30 PM – Beginners Lesson
- 7:30 – 10:30 PM – Contra Dance
Join us with music from Toss the Possum with Joe Wilkie serving as the caller for the dance!
Contra Dance is a traditional American dance in which couples dance in two long lines facing each other, or in groups of four.
The cost is $12 for adults, $8 for students and children under the age of 16 are free.
No experience necessary and no partner required!
