The Town of Pulaski is heating things up with its Chili Cook-Off! Attendees can enjoy chili tasting, live music from Cat White, games, food trucks and plenty of friendly competition. Come hungry and help choose the People’s Choice winner!

• Date: Saturday, September 12
• Time: 11:30 AM
• Location: Jackson Park, 42 1st St NW , Pulaski
• Tasting: $5 includes a tasting wristband and People’s Choice ballot
  
  Here’s the timeline for the day:
• 8:00 a.m. – Team check-in and setup begins
• 9:00 a.m. – Meat inspection by Health Department
• 9:30 a.m. – Cooks’ meeting in the judging area
• 10:00 a.m. – Official cooking competition begins
• 11:30 a.m. – Tasting wristband sales begin
• 12:00 p.m. – Cat White starts playing LIVE in the gazebo
• 1:00 p.m. – Cooking ends and judging entries must be submitted 1:00 p.m. – Public tasting and judging begin
• 3:00 p.m. – Winners announced from the stage

Awards will be given for People’s Choice, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Chili, Best Cornbread and Best Presentation.
