Join us for some fun and relaxing all-ages children’s yoga (yes, even babies!) with Lauren Lucas of Sweetgrass Yoga! There is no registration necessary for this event!
At Sweetgrass Yoga, we’re all about creating a space that’s both sacred and full of joy – a place where everyone, and we mean everyone, feels welcome no matter where they are in their yoga journey. We blend mindful practice with sprinkles of laughter, nurturing a community as diverse as the poses we practice.
Lauren Lucas is a certified teacher with Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing since 2010 and now shares the benefits of yoga in her professional life, in the community mental health world, as well as with friends and family. Join Lauren for playful flows with a lovely mix of effort and ease.
